Bowker Sadler Architecture collaborated with WBi Group and Lambert Smith Hampton to convert this iconic building in the heart of city centre Manchester into contemporary commercial office space.
We are taking an existing 150 year old Grade II Listed building and transforming it into one of the key workplace destinations in the city centre. We will be working within the existing structure, adding a new unifying entrance and rationalising the inner workings to create efficient and dynamic BCO compliant workspace.
