The Watson Building, Liverpool
The Watson Building comprises 7,000m2 of Grade A office accommodation split over eight floors with basement parking, providing internal reorganisation and extension to the Grade II Listed building that was formerly part of the Lewis’ Department Store.
The project is a component part of the development at Liverpool Central Village, part financed by the North West European Regional Development Fund Programme.
