Cats Protection, Exeter
Bowker Sadler Architecture have obtained planning approval for a replacement adoption centre in Axhayes, near Exeter.
“Bowker Sadler have been a professional project partner, with keen attention to detail and good vision to meet Client requirements. I look forward to working with them in future.” Catherine Hodson, Capital Projects Manager
The design has sought inspiration from the historical local architectural forms, most notably a ‘Linhay’ – an open fronted stone building with slate roof and expressed columns.
We have worked closely with the Client to understand the needs and wellbeing of the cats, their care and the front end ‘meet and greet’ public experience, all of which has informed and established the design layout.
“The building looks fantastic. The team are over the moon with the Centre so we are very grateful to you and Bowker Sadler for coming up with such a
wonderful design.” Catherine Hodson, Capital Projects Manager
