Bowker Sadler is a RIBA chartered, award winning practice based in Greater Manchester, designing and delivering exciting and inspiring multi sector projects across the country.
Operating from a beautiful Grade II Listed building in South Manchester, we offer a collaborative approach that provides a supportive and friendly environment for individuals to develop skills and progress their career.
We are currently looking for highly skilled people to join our friendly team to help deliver technical projects from Planning Stage through to New Build delivery and Refurbishments. You need to be highly skilled, enthusiastic and self-motivated with a strong eye for design and detailing that can be applied across various sectors.

Current Vacancies
Project Architect / Architectural Technologist (Education Sector) – The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5 year’s post qualification working in the UK.
- Be registered with the Architect’s Registration Board or CIAT or hold an equivalent international professional qualification.
- Experience in Priority Schools framework and schemes will be a distinct advantage for the Education Team.
- Knowledge of working within Affordable Housing Frameworks for the Residential Team.
- Project delivery using Revit software (BIM L2 beneficial) and knowledge of NBS.
Assistant Principal Designer – The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to get on with others.
- Strong interest in health and safety issues and risk management.
- Experience in a design or health and safety role within the construction industry.
- Understanding of the Building Safety Act 22 and Secondary Regulation 2023
- Experience as Registered Building Inspector or Clerk of Works would be an advantage.
