Karen joined us in May 2023 and came with a wide variety of business experience. Her role as practice manager is to oversee the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining efficiency and smooth functioning of the team.
She also plays a key role in business development, marketing strategies, fostering a collaborative working environment and engaging with our community.
Karen is a keen wild swimmer and is brave enough to dip all year round!
