Alison returned to Bowker Sadler in September 2026, bringing over 25 years’ experience across the public and private sectors. Her extensive portfolio spans education, residential, healthcare, Extra Care Housing, community and commercial facilities, together with refurbishment, regeneration and masterplanning.
She has successfully led projects from feasibility and concept design through to construction and completion, delivering high-quality developments that respond positively to both client aspirations and site context. Alison is passionate about creating bespoke design solutions that promote social, economic and environmental sustainability while making a positive contribution to the communities they serve.
Recognised for her expertise and commitment to design excellence, Alison has been invited to serve on a number of prestigious award judging panels, including the Brick Development Association’s Brick Awards and Cowgills Northwest Housebuilder Awards. She is also a regular speaker and presenter at industry events, where she shares her knowledge and experience with clients, colleagues and fellow professionals across the sector.
