QUALITY & ENVIRONMENT

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM: BS EN ISO 9001:2008

The Practices are BS EN ISO 9001 : 2008 accredited.

We monitor, review and improve our working practices, so that continuous improvement is an integral part of the business.

Within the Practices, we operate a Quality Management System which sets out procedures for:

  • Induction of new staff to a project.
  • Competency of staff.
  • Training requirements/opportunities.
  • Working Practices - A review of project documents (including benchmarking and learning processes).
  • Feedback and review.

All project documentation is controlled using the ‘Archetype’ document management system. Allied to its ISO9001 procedures, a consistency of management and document control is ensured and project information kept up to date such that key documents are always easily locatable.
